Review on Secretome Analysis using Affinity Proteomic Methodology

In the context of the German Research Fund-supported Graduate School “The inflammatory tumor secretome – from understanding to novel therapies” (go here, we have published a review that provides a broad overview of affinity proteomic techniques used for the analysis of secretomes with an emphasis on applications in a cancer context. It is intended to complement earlier work by colleagues in Freising centering on mass spectrometry-based approaches and available now ahead of print at MCP!
